How to Apply for OSHA Registration

To register with OSHA, follow these steps:

  1. Obtain Registration Form:

    • For projects, use Form OSHA 1A.

    • For workplaces, use Form OSHA 1B.

  2. Fill the Form:

    • Complete the form with accurate details about your business or project.

  3. Make Payment:

    • Obtain the bill and pay the registration fees according to your business category.

  4. Receive Registration Certificate:

    • Once all requirements are fulfilled, OSHA will issue a Registration Certificate.
